In conjunction with an application of a school district for any construction or modernization project, and as a condition of the district receiving funds for the project, the career technical education advisory committee for the district shall provide written confirmation that the need for vocational and career technical facilities is being adequately met within the district consistent with Section 51224, subdivision
(b)of Section 51225.3, subdivision
(b)of Section 51228, and Section 52336.1.
