In any month in which the priority point procedures prescribed by Section 16007 are utilized, the board may apportion to school districts, under Section 16039, not more than the sum of four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000); provided that any amount apportioned or made final pursuant to subdivision
(c)of Section 16058 shall not be subject to the limitation.
