Except for manufactured homes and mobilehomes located in a common interest development governed by Part 5 (commencing with Section 4000) of Division 4, the disclosures applicable to the resale of a manufactured home or mobilehome pursuant to subdivision
(b)of Section 1102 are set forth in, and shall be made on a copy of, the following disclosure form:
