Prior to installation, and annually thereafter, the pharmacy holding the ADDS license shall provide training on the operation and use of the ADDS to pharmacy personnel and to personnel using the ADDS at the location where the ADDS is placed pursuant to subdivision
(b)of Section 4427.3.
