A licensed psychologist shall meet the requirements set forth in subparagraph
(B)of paragraph
(2)of subdivision
(f)of Section 1031 of the Government Code prior to performing either of the following:
(a)An evaluation of an individual’s emotional and mental condition pursuant to Section 1031 of the Government Code.
(b)An evaluation of a public officer or peace officer’s fitness for duty.
