As provided in subdivision
(d)of Section 2895, the Board of Vocational Nursing and Psychiatric Technicians shall collect an additional five dollar ($5) assessment at the time of the biennial licensure renewal. This amount shall be credited to the Vocational Nurses Education Fund. This assessment is separate from those fees prescribed in Section 2895.
