§ 11010.3

(1)This chapter shall not apply to the proposed sale or lease of those lots or other interests in a subdivision that are limited to industrial or commercial uses by law or by a declaration of covenants, conditions, and restrictions that has been recorded in the official records of the county or counties in which the subdivision is located.
(2)Paragraph
(1)shall not affect any determination whether there are five or more lots, parcels, or other interests for the purposes of Section 11000, 11001, or 11004.5.
(b)For the purposes of this section, “commercial use” includes, but is not limited to, the operation of a business that provides facilities for the overnight stay of its customers, employees, or agents and the operation of an apartment complex that is not a community apartment project, as defined in Section 11004.
