The Commissioner of U.S. Customs and Border Protection shall develop a system to assist members of the trade community in quickly and easily identifying up-to-date contact information for— personnel within the headquarters of U.S. Customs and Border Protection that interact with members of the trade community; personnel of U.S. Customs and Border Protection and partner government agencies at ports of entry that interact with members of the trade community; and personnel of the Centers of Excellence and Expertise established under section 110 of the Trade Facilitation and Trade Enforcement Act of 2015 ( 19 U.S.C. 4317 ) that interact with members of the trade community.
