There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary of Homeland Security for fiscal year 2026, and each fiscal year thereafter, such sums as may be necessary to carry out improvements in a scalable, uniform automated platform that provides a system for the processing and release of cargo being imported into and exported from the United States, including improvements to and integration of the Automated Commercial Environment, or any successor system, as described in section 102.
