Section 5302 of title 31, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (a)(1), by inserting section 5 of the BITCOIN Act of 2025, after section 3 of the Special Drawing Rights Act ( ; and 22 U.S.C. 286o ), in subsection (b), in the first sentence, by striking gold, foreign exchange, and other instruments of credit and securities and inserting gold, Bitcoin, foreign exchange, and other instruments of credit and securities . Section 5302(c) of title 31, United States Code, is amended— in paragraph (1), by inserting , including a detailed accounting of any Bitcoin transactions and holdings after all projected liabilities ; and in paragraph (2), by inserting , including a specific accounting of any Bitcoin purchased, sold, or held by the fund during the year preceding the report after on the operation of the fund .
