Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Administrator shall provide the appropriate committees of Congress with a briefing on existing NASA-wide mentoring programs that are focused in whole or in part on ensuring a robust pipeline for NASA’s civil servant workforce, for early-career, mid-level, and senior-level employees at all NASA Centers and NASA Headquarters. As part of the briefing required by subsection (a), the Administrator may consider the merits of consolidating existing, disparate programs into a single, unified employee development program.
