The Commissioner of U.S. Customs and Border Protection, in coordination with the Secretary shall— develop a strategy for utilizing relevant United States Government data to identify imports of seafood harvested on foreign vessels using forced labor; and publish information regarding the strategy developed under paragraph
(1)on the website of U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
