Section 212(a) of the National Sea Grant College Program Act ( 33 U.S.C. 1131(a) ) is amended— in paragraph (1), by striking for fiscal year 2025 and inserting for each of fiscal years 2025 through 2031 ; and in paragraph (2)— in the paragraph heading, by striking ; and for fiscal years 2021 through 2025 in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking fiscal years 2021 through 2025 and inserting fiscal years 2026 through 2031 .
