The Secretary, in coordination with the heads of other relevant agencies, shall— develop a strategy for utilizing relevant United States Government data to identify seafood harvested on foreign vessels using forced labor; and publish information regarding the strategy developed under paragraph
(1)on a publicly accessible website.
