Not later than 60 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall submit to Congress a report that, with respect to funding made available by the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act ( Public Law 117–58 ; 135 Stat. 429) or Public Law 117–169 (commonly known as the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022 ) for purposes of forestry— explains the methodology for priority landscapes set by the Secretary; describes the metrics the Secretary is using for measuring performance and outcomes; and describes the allocation of funds to States, forests, and Indian Tribes.
