Section 36(b) of the State Department Basic Authorities Act of 1956 ( 22 U.S.C. 2708(b) ) is amended— in paragraph (13), by striking ; or and inserting a semicolon; in paragraph (14), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; or ; and by adding at the end the following paragraph: the identification a person described in section 4(a) of the Enhanced Iran Sanctions Act of 2025 or any person that has attempted or is attempting to evade sanctions imposed under such Act with proceeds generated by the sale of intercepted oil, gas, liquefied natural gas, petrochemical products, or related products from the Islamic Republic of Iran. .
