Section 204 of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Commissioned Officer Corps Amendments Act of 2020 ( 33 U.S.C. 3079–1 ) is repealed. The table of contents in section 1(b) of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Commissioned Officer Corps Amendments Act of 2020 ( Public Law 116–259 ; 134 Stat. 1153) is amended by striking the item relating to section 204.
