Section 70103(c) of title 46, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following: The Secretary may conduct no-notice exercises in Captain of the Port Zones (as described in part 3 of title 33, Code of Federal Regulations as in effect on the date of enactment of the Coast Guard Authorization Act of 2025 ) involving a facility or vessel required to maintain a security plan under this subsection. .
