Section 6001(h) of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 ( 47 U.S.C. 1305(h) ) is amended— in paragraph (1), by inserting and after the semicolon; in paragraph (2)(D), by striking ; and and inserting a period; and by striking paragraph (3).
