Section 179 of the National and Community Service Act of 1990 ( 42 U.S.C. 12639 ) is amended— by redesignating subsection

(n)as subsection (o); and by inserting after subsection

(m)the following: On the issuance of any Notice of Funding Opportunity for financial assistance under the national service laws, the Corporation shall make available to the public a rubric generalizing the criteria used for evaluation of the recipients. .
