Section 108(b) of the Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act ( 42 U.S.C. 5106d(b) ) is amended, in the first sentence, by inserting Indian Tribes, and Tribal organizations, after the States, . Section 203 of the Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act ( 42 U.S.C. 5116b ) is amended— by striking section 210 each place it appears and inserting section 209 ; and in subsection (a), by striking 1 percent and all that follows through the period at the end and inserting the following:
“, of the amount appropriated under section 209 for a fiscal year— 5 percent of the amount to make allotments to Indian Tribes and Tribal organizations; and 1 percent of the amount to make allotments to migrant programs. .
