Section 403(b) of the FISA Amendments Act of 2008 ( Public Law 110–261 ) is amended— in paragraph
(1)(50 U.S.C. 1881–1881g note)— by striking effective two years after the date of enactment of the Reforming Intelligence and Securing America Act and inserting effective April 20, 2030 ; and by striking and the Reforming Intelligence and Securing America Act and inserting , the Reforming Intelligence and Securing America Act, and the ; and Government Surveillance Reform Act of 2026 in paragraph
(2)( 18 U.S.C. 2511 note), in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking two years after the date of enactment of the Reforming Intelligence and Securing America Act and inserting April 20, 2030 . Section 404(b) of the FISA Amendments Act of 2008 ( Public Law 110–261 ; 50 U.S.C. 1801 note) is amended— in paragraph (1)— in the paragraph heading, by striking and inserting two years after the date of enactment of the reforming intelligence and securing america act ; and April 20, 2030 by striking and the Reforming Intelligence and Securing America Act and inserting , the Reforming Intelligence and Securing America Act, and the ; and Government Surveillance Reform Act of 2026 in paragraph (2), in the matter before subparagraph (A), by striking and the Reforming Intelligence and Securing America Act and inserting , the Reforming Intelligence and Securing America Act, and the .
