Subsection

(h)of section 6071 of the Deficit Reduction Act of 2005 ( 42 U.S.C. 1396a note) is amended— in paragraph (1)— in subparagraph (I), by inserting and after the semicolon; in subparagraph (J), by inserting and each fiscal year thereafter before the semicolon; and by striking subparagraphs

(K)and (L); and in paragraph (3), by striking through fiscal year 2029 .
