Subsection
(b)of section 6 of the National Institute of Standards and Technology Act ( 15 U.S.C. 275 ) is amended, in the second sentence, by striking 15 and inserting 30 . Subsection
(c)of such section is amended by striking under section
(b)shall expire on the date that is 5 years after the date of the enactment of this section and inserting under subsection
(b)shall expire on December 30, 2035 .
