Section 113 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (c)— by striking paragraph (2); and by redesignating paragraphs

(l)and (m), respectively. Section 147 of title 10, United States Code, is repealed. The table of sections at the beginning of chapter 4 of such title is amended by striking the item relating to section 147. Section 656 of title 10, United States Code, is repealed. The table of sections at the beginning of chapter 37 of such title is amended by striking the item relating to section 656.
