Section 10202 of the James M. Inhofe National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023 ( 16 U.S.C. 1468 ) is amended— in subsection (g)— in paragraph (1), by inserting and not later than 5 years after the date of enactment of the after Regional Ocean Partnerships Reauthorization Act of 2026 , this Act, ; and in paragraph (2), by striking The report and inserting Each report ; and in subsection (j)— in paragraph (1)— by striking subparagraphs (A), (B), and (C); by redesignating subparagraphs
(D)and
(E)as subparagraphs
(A)and (B), respectively; and by adding at the end the following: $11,572,444 for fiscal year 2028. $11,688,168 for fiscal year 2029. $11,805,050 for fiscal year 2030. $11,923,101 for fiscal year 2031. ; and in paragraph (3), by striking 2023 through 2027 and inserting 2026 through 2031 .
