Sec. 402. HUD Language Access Plan

Not later than 180 days after the date of inauguration of a President, the Secretary shall release a comprehensive Language Access Plan, which shall— include plans to improve access to Federal housing programs, services, and resources for individuals with limited English proficiency; focus on translation services, digital and technological enhancements, community outreach and engagement, and enhanced data collection and reporting; include an estimate for funding to carry out the activities under paragraphs

(1)and (2); and provide for training for employees of the Department to ensure compliance with the Language Access Plan.
