Section 1411(b)(1) of Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act ( 42 U.S.C. 18081(b)(1) ) is amended— in subparagraph (A), by striking ; and and inserting a semicolon; by redesignating subparagraph

(B)as subparagraph (C); and by inserting after subparagraph

(A)the following: government-issued photo identification for each enrollee over the age of 18, and any other documentation as the Administrator of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services may require for purposes of enrollment verification; and .
