The Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission shall submit to Congress a report— not later than the date that is 1 year after the date of enactment of this Act, detailing the activities on which the Antitrust Division or the Commission spent funds authorized under section 7; and not later than September 30, 2032, that includes— the findings of any study conducted by the Antitrust Division or the Commission on or after the date of enactment of this Act; the activities on which the Antitrust Division or the Commission spent funds authorized under section 7; and the impact of any enforcement action taken on or after the date of enactment of this Act by the Antitrust Division or the Commission on improving consumer access to affordable health care.
