For purposes of making grants under section 306 of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 506 ), the unobligated balance, as of the date of enactment of this section, of the amounts in the fund established by section 9006(a) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is transferred to the Employment Security Administration Account of the Unemployment Trust Fund. The amount transferred under the preceding sentence shall remain available until expended.
