Section 10609(a) of the Northwestern New Mexico Rural Water Projects Act, subtitle B of title X of Public Law 111–11 , is amended by substituting $1,815,000,000 for $1,640,000,000 and striking 2024 and inserting 2026 . Section 10604(b)(3)(B) of the Northwestern New Mexico Rural Water Projects Act (subtitle B of title X of Public Law 111–11 ) is amended by striking be at least 25 percent and all that follows through 35 percent and inserting not to exceed $76,000,000 .
