Section 3 of the District of Columbia College Access Act of 1999 ( Public Law 106–98 ; D.C. Official Code, sec. 38–2702), is amended— in subsection(a)(2)(A), by striking $10,000 and inserting $15,000 ; in subsection (a)(2)(B), by striking $50,000 and inserting $75,000 ; in subsection (b)(1)(A), by striking and at the end; in subsection (b)(1), by redesignating subparagraph
(B)as subparagraph
(C)and inserting after subparagraph
(A)the following new subparagraph: after making reductions under subparagraph (A), ratably reduce the amount of the tuition and fee payment of each eligible student who receives more than $10,000 for the award year; and ; and in subparagraph
(C)of subsection (b)(1), as so redesignated, by striking subparagraph
(A)and inserting subparagraphs
(A)and
(B).
