Section 60129 of title 49, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (a)(2)— in subparagraph (A), by striking or at the end; in subparagraph (B), by striking such a person. and inserting a person described in subparagraph (A); or ; and by adding at the end the following: an officer, employee, or agent of a person described in subparagraph (A). ; and in subsection (b)(3)(B)— in clause (ii), by inserting with interest after back pay ; and in clause (iii), by inserting , including compensation for any special damages sustained as a result of the discrimination after compensatory damages to the complainant .
