Section 60102(b)(4)(A) of title 49, United States Code, is amended— in clause (i), by striking and at the end; in clause (ii), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: require that an officer or employee of the Department of Transportation with expertise in conducting risk assessments or cost-benefit analyses for pipeline facilities or other modes of transportation attend any meeting in which a committee described in clause
(i)is serving as a peer review panel with respect to that risk assessment information. .
