Section 2061(d) of title 38, United States Code, is amended— by redesignating paragraph
(2)as paragraph (3); and by inserting after paragraph
(1)the following new paragraph (2): From amounts appropriated to the Department for Medical Services for October 1 through October 31, 2025, $416,667 shall be available for the purposes of the program under this section. .
