During the period covered by this Act, any amounts made available by this Act under the heading Department of Housing and Urban Development—Public and Indian Housing—Tenant-Based Rental Assistance for fiscal year 2026 may be used to support additional allocations under subparagraph
(D)of paragraph
(1)and subparagraph
(B)of paragraph
(4)of such heading to prevent the termination of rental assistance for families as a result of insufficient funding in the calendar year 2025 funding cycle: That the Secretary shall notify the House and Senate Committees on Appropriations not less than 3 business days before funds are allotted for the additional purposes provided under this section. Provided,
