For an additional amount for The Judiciary—Court of Appeals, District Courts, and Other Judicial Services—Court Security , $52,000,000, to remain available until expended, for security improvements at United States courthouses and Federal court facilities: That such amount is designated by the Congress as being for an emergency requirement pursuant to section 4001(a)(1) of S. Con. Res. 14 (117th Congress), the concurrent resolution on the budget for fiscal year 2022, and to legislation establishing fiscal year 2026 budget enforcement in the House of Representatives. Provided,
