In this Act: The term appropriate congressional committees means the Committee on Foreign Relations of the Senate and the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the House of Representatives . The term Russian aggressor state sovereign asset has the meaning given such term in section 2 of the REPO for Ukrainians Act (division F of Public Law 118–50 ; 22 U.S.C. 9521 note).
