Of the funds made available under the heading Employment and Training Administration–Training and Employment Services pursuant to section 1112 of the Full-Year Continuing Appropriations Act, 2025 (division A of Public Law 119–4 ), $75,000,000 are hereby permanently rescinded from amounts made available for the dislocated workers assistance national reserve for the period October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2026.
