Section 641(c)(1) of the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996 ( 8 U.S.C. 1372(c)(1) ) is amended— in subparagraph (G), by striking and at the end; in subparagraph (H), by striking the period at the end and inserting a semicolon; and by adding at the end the following: the date on which full tuition has been paid by the alien. .
