It is the purpose of the amendments made under this section to help ensure sufficient funds are available to meet the requirements of this Act, including the amendments made by this Act. Section 1111(h)(5) of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 6311(h)(5) ) is amended by inserting after subparagraph (E), as redesignated by section 221, the following: the per-pupil expenditures of Federal, State, and local funds, including actual personnel expenditures and actual nonpersonnel expenditures of Federal, State, and local funds, disaggregated by source of funds, for each local educational agency and each school in the State for the preceding fiscal year, in accordance with paragraph (1)(C)(x); and .
Section 1112(e)(1) of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 6312(e)(1) ) is amended by adding at the end the following: Schools served by a local educational agency that receives assistance under this part shall provide to each individual parent of a child who is a student in such school information on resource equity, including— the per-pupil expenditures of Federal, State, and local funds, in both the school in which such parent’s child is enrolled and in the local educational agency that serves such school, in accordance with section 1111(h)(1)(C)(x); and whether the school-level per-pupil expenditures of the school in which such parent’s child is enrolled and the local educational agency that serves such school are below the average of the local educational agency and State, respectively. .
