Section 4121(b) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is amended— in paragraph (1), by striking $1.10 and inserting $1.38 , and in paragraph (2), by striking $.55 and inserting $0.69 . The amendments made by this section shall apply on and after the first day of the first calendar month beginning after the date of the enactment of this Act.
