None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to take any official action to terminate a lease or dispose of a Federal building unless written notice has been provided to the Committees of jurisdiction of the House of Representatives and the Senate 180 days prior that discloses details including the exact location of the property, including the address as applicable, list of current uses and Federal occupants, lease terms, and annual cost of the lease or direct Federal cost of owning and maintaining the building, and detailed plans related to personnel currently occupying and activities currently conducted on the property.
