Section 133a(b) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in paragraph (2)— by inserting elements of the Department relating to after supervising, all ; and by inserting and to enhance jointness after and engineering efforts ; and by striking ; and and inserting a semicolon; in paragraph (3), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following new paragraph: directing the Secretaries of the military departments and the heads of all other elements of the Department with regard to matters for which the Under Secretary has responsibility. .
