Sec. 823. Exemptions for nontraditional defense contractors

Nontraditional defense contractors, as defined by section 3014 of title 10, United States Code, shall not be subject to any of the following requirements: Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement 252.242–7006, or successor regulation.
