Sec. 2842. Designation of Ronald Reagan Space and Missile Test Range at Kwajalein Atoll in the Marshall Islands

The Ronald Reagan Ballistic Missile Defense Test Site located at Kwajalein Atoll in the Marshall Islands shall after the date of the enactment of this Act be known and designated as the Ronald Reagan Space and Missile Test Range . Any reference in any law, regulation, map, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the site specified in subsection
(a)shall be considered to be a reference to the Ronald Reagan Space and Missile Test Range. Section 2887 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2001 (division B of Public Law 106–398 ; 114 Stat. 1654A–440) is repealed.
