Section 392a(b) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in paragraph (2)— in subparagraph (A)(i), by striking the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy and inserting the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Cyber Policy ; and in subparagraph (B), by striking , the following: and all that follows through the period at the end and inserting the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Cyber Policy ; and in paragraph (3)(A)— in clause (i), by striking the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy and inserting the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Cyber Policy ; in clause (ii), by striking Under Secretary and inserting Assistant Secretary of Defense for Cyber Policy ; in clause (iii), by striking Under Secretary of Defense for Policy and inserting Assistant Secretary of Defense for Cyber Policy ; and by striking clause (iv).
