Section 1527 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2024 ( Public Law 118–31 ; 10 U.S.C. 2223 note) is amended— by redesignating subsection
(c)as subsection (d); and by inserting after subsection
(b)the following new subsection (c): Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2026 , and not less frequently than once each year thereafter through December 31, 2032, the Secretary shall submit to the appropriate congressional committees an annual report on the implementation of the strategy. .
