Section 1278 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020 ( 22 U.S.C. 8606 note) is amended— in subsection (b)(4), by striking $55,000,000 and inserting $75,000,000 ; and in subsection (f), by striking December 31, 2026 and inserting December 31, 2028 .
