(Mac)Thornberry National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021 ( Public Law 116–283 ; 10 U.S.C. 113 note) is amended— by striking The Secretary and inserting the following: The Secretary ; and by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: The Secretary shall review, for inclusion in each annual revision under subparagraph
(A)of the list required by paragraph (1), each entity added, during the year preceding preparation of the revision of the list, to any other list maintained by the United States Government of Chinese entities subject to restrictions or scrutiny relating to concerns about their activities or affiliations. .
